February 27, 2009 - Kane Passes Annual ISO Audit with Flying Colors

Once again, we are extremely proud to announce that we have passed our annual ISO audit. KEMA (www.kema.com) performed the surveillance audit of the Kane Quality System on February 18-20, 2009. The auditor identified no major or minor non-conformances.

Steve Buckman, VP of Admin Services, remarked upon hearing the official report, “for an organization of our size, with our complexity and in tough economic times, the audit results really speak to the commitment our associates and managers have to our high quality standards.”

ISO certified companies are required to satisfy stringent quality, documentation and process standards. ISO certification ensures that Kane reviews all policies and procedures, so we consistently deliver world class service to our valued customers. Our commitment to ISO demonstrates Kane’s mission to “meet or exceed our customers’ expectations on-time, every time by providing an open environment for continual improvement”.

We wish to express our thanks to all Kane associates for their daily focus on quality. Additionally, we want to recognize the efforts of all Kane associates directly involved with this year’s audit, especially Nancy Cruger, Strategic Quality Leader.

This year marks Kane’s tenth anniversary of becoming an ISO certified organization. The exemplary results confirm that Kane “says what it does, does what it says, and documents it.”
