We are pleased to announce that we have once again, passed our annual ISO audit with flying colors. The KEMA (www.kema.com) auditor identified no major or minor nonconformance. For an organization of our size, with our complexity and in tough economic times, the audit results really speak to the commitment our associates and leadership have to our high quality standards.

ISO certification ensures that KANE reviews all policies and procedures, so we consistently deliver best in market service to our valued customers. Our commitment to ISO demonstrates KANE’s mission to “meet or exceed our customers’ expectations on-time, every time by providing an open environment for continual improvement”.

John Straub, vice president of HR for KANE posted a company-wide memo stating, “We wish to thank all associates throughout the organization who have our quality focus every day in the work they perform. I especially want to recognize the efforts of Nancy Cruger and those associates who were directly involved in the audit this year. Thank you for your participation. Great work!”
