Kane Is Able announced that it will again be supporting the United States Postal Service (USPS) Stamp Out Hunger food drive. The company's pup trailer will be at the Clarks Summit Post Office branch on Saturday, May 12, 2018 in order to collect then deliver non-perishable donations collected by lettercarriers on their regular route.
Kane Is Able was among the companies that sponsored the recent Penn State University Supply Chain Entrepreneur Pitch Contest, which saw teams of students develop ideas for new business ventures in the supply chain space.
Kane Is Able has collected dozens of toys in support of the Toys for Tots program. The items, from stuffed animals and puzzles to bikes and electronics, were donated by generous associates.

Kane Is Able announced its fifth annual Stauffer Park Clean Up in Taylor, Pennsylvania, slated for May 12th from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The annual event brings together KANE associates from both the company’s headquarters as well as its 7 distribution centers in the area to remove trash and debris from the roadways, parking lots and other areas.
Kyle McMyne, son of KANE's own Jerry McMyne, Director of Operations, is pitching on the Triple-A level for the first time April 25-April 27, 2017 at PNC Field, Moosic, PA. This puts the Old Forge High School graduate on target to become the latest northeastern Pennsylvania native to play professional baseball.
